Workflow for Corporate Video Editing Service
1. First Phase: Preparation and Setup
1.1 Information Submission: Client provides basic information in Word or PDF file.
1.2 Information Analysis & Script Writing: Within 2 working days, we analyze the information and create a script containing key points aligned with video duration.
1.3 Script Review & Approval: Client reviews and approves the script.
1.4 Voice Selection & Recording: If voiceover required, client selects voice talent. Recording completed within 2 working days.
1.5 Footage Preparation: If client provides footage, we organize it within 1 working day. If not, additional 2 days required for AI-generated footage.
1.6 Music Selection: Concurrent with footage preparation, we select suitable background music.
2. Second Phase: Editing
2.1 Visual Identity Setup: Establish visual elements including lower thirds, colors, and logos according to client's brand identity.
2.2 Video Editing: Arrange footage, text, and voiceover according to script. Ensure synchronization of all elements. This phase takes 3 working days.
3. Third Phase: Delivery
3.1 Edit Rounds: Client gets 2 rounds for non-essential changes. Each round takes 1 working day. Major changes require additional costs.
3.2 Client Review: After editing completion, video draft is submitted for client approval or edit requests.
Edit Rounds Explanation
After submitting the video draft, clients can request improvements to ensure complete satisfaction.
1. Edit Types:
Non-Essential Edits: Minor changes including text adjustments, scene reordering, color corrections, or music changes. These don't affect video structure.
Essential Edits: Major changes requiring full voiceover replacement, script changes, complete footage replacement, or aspect ratio modifications. These may incur additional costs.
2. Number of Rounds:
Client receives 2 rounds for non-essential edits.
All edit requests must be consolidated into single submissions to maintain organization and reduce delays.
3. Implementation Period:
Each edit round implemented within 1 working day for quick turnaround.
4. Edit Costs:
Non-essential edits included in package at no extra cost.
Essential edits may require additional costs based on work required.
